1. We
inspect our cars like no other dealership.
The car you select will have a completed inspection form in
the vehicle available for your review!
Our 138-point
inspection is the most comprehensive inspection possible, that is
also affordable, and we rely on it to determine what warranty (if
any) we offer on all our vehicles. We provide this report
so that consumers will know as much about the condition of each
vehicle as we do.
That makes
us feel better about the car we are selling. It makes us feel
better about the car you are buying and it makes the bank feel secure
in the car they are loaning money for.
2. Because
of our Inspection Process, we are so confident of our used cars,
that we offer a five day return policy. We'll take it back:
The FitzWay is our 5-Day Used Vehicle Return Policy. If
you're not completely satisfied with a used vehicle (excluding "As-Is"
and "Handyman Specials"), you may return it within 5 days
and 250 miles for a full refund. Our settlement manager will
put that into writing.
3. We
offer a more comprehensive limited warranty. Limited
Warranty will start from the date the vehicle is sold. Ask
your salesperson for a copy of what is covered. You will be
amazed!
4. We
offer a Vehicle History Report on every car. We will give you all
the history that we have on the vehicle. This gives you, and
the bank, the confidence that it is a good vehicle.
5. We
post our best and final price on each car. Being a
posted price dealership makes our buying process easy, informative
and beneficial to our customers. We shop our cars daily to
insure we publish the best price for our customers. Our banks
know, at this price, they can offer the best terms to our customers.
You will see our best and final price clearly marked on every
vehicle and on the internet. All you need to add are taxes,
tags and a $99 Processing Fee in Maryland & $499 in Florida.
6. Lifetime
Buyer Protection Plan and Loaner Car program available.
Our Buyer Protection Plan helps you maintain your vehicle
according to factory recommended schedules, and offers discounts
and no-charge inspections to get the most out of your ownership
experience. The best feature of the Buyer Protection Plan
is the Quarterly Safety Inspection where we place your vehicle up
on a lift to visually inspect the tires, brakes, brake lines, suspension,
undercarriage, belts, hoses and fluids. Coupled with the Loaner
Car Program, the Buyer Protection Plan is a lifetime of worry free
ownership. Ask you Salesperson for all the details!
Loaner
Car; The loaner car is the FitzWay of making sure you never
have to worry about alternate transportation when you bring your
car to one of our service departments. We know that your schedule
is already hectic, and arranging for people to pick you up could
become a headache. With our loaner car program, you retain
your independence because we take care of getting you back on your
schedule.

based on approved credit with a minimum FICO credit score of 740.
